Description
We have approximately 130 handpicked qualified support workers who provide funded home based support.
Our services are provided through a referral process from the District Health Board.
Referrals are generally through your GP, but can be direct to the Needs Assessors at Middlemore or Taikura Trust.
People assessing our service are elderly or have a disability and meet the assessment criteria and also wish to continue living at home and in their own communities.
We cover the Counties Manukau area including Manukau, Papakura and Franklin district council area.

Our services are funded but we do provide private services for those not eligible for funding. Contact the office for more details.
If a person is not/partially eligible for funding, we can still provide our services to you as a private paying client.

Support Services are provided from 7.00am to early evening and weekends.
Weekends - on call Service Administrator - 7.00am - 18.30pm.
Messaging Service after hours is available.
