Set in large park-like grounds with beautifully maintained gardens, Elmswood is a small, family orientated aged care facility offering dementia care in a family-feeling environment. The rooms are bright and airy, and there is a range of room sizes to suit individual needs. Residents have access to inviting common areas, and a secure garden and courtyard where they can spend time with family, friends, and visiting animals.

Our residents can’t say enough about the fantastic meals, the consistently high standard of care provided, the great staff, and the always-interesting recreational programme.

Activities Programme
This programme is run by a full-time Diversional Therapist who organises activities for throughout the week including arts, crafts, games and entertainment. There are regular visits from external entertainers, and each week residents can go on outings in the facility minibus.
