Radius Matua is a modern bed rest home, hospital and dementia care facility that provides round the clock care for those who can no longer manage safely on their own.

We put the diverse care needs of our residents first and our trained staff provide individualised care that allows all of our residents to live with dignity and as independently as possible.

The majority of the rooms are single, with a few double rooms. Our residents’ rooms are equipped with a telephone outlet, television points and call button. The rest home’s lounges flow onto central courtyards, bringing the outdoors “in”, and the hospital’s interior is designed to create a warm and comfortable ambiance.

For many of our residents, the hardest part about adjusting to rest home care is leaving behind their beloved pets. Here at Matua, we foster an animal-friendly culture. Alongside the “Matua Menagerie” that regularly visit our facility, our residents also enjoy regular visits from various canine friends, courtesy of the local SPCA.
