Our usual visiting hours are from 1.00pm to 8.00pm, however our nursing staff are happy to arrange for family and friends to visit you as and when you prefer.

Phone calls

There is a phone available in each room so patients are able to make and receive calls. To call in to a patient room you are welcome to use our direct-dial facility.

Allevia Hospital Ascot is located at 90 Greenlane Road East, Remuera, just off the Greenlane Motorway interchange in Auckland.

There is a patient pick-up and drop-off zone outside the main entrance to the hospital. One-hour parking is available at the front of the building and there is a large car park at the rear of the hospital, where the first 30 minutes of parking is free.

The rear entrance of the Hospital is open from 6.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, after that time, visitors should use the front entrance which is open 24 hours.

Outside the Main Entrance to the hospital there is a patient drop-off area.
Free one-hour parking is available at the front of the building and there is a large carpark at the rear of the hospital, where the first 30 minutes of parking is free.
If family or friends wish to stay with you for a while, they are requested to park in the long-stay carpark at the rear.

Mobility Parking

PARKING AND MOBILITY ACCESS
Mobility parking at Allevia Hospital Ascot is available at the front of the main entrance. Standard parking charges apply to mobility parking bays, and you must display your mobility parking permit at all times. 
There is a patient pick-up and drop-off zone outside the main entrance to the hospital. 90-minute parking is available at the front of the building and there is a large car park at the rear of the hospital operating on a ‘pay by plate’ basis. On arrival, please enter your vehicle’s license plate into one of our payment terminals. First 30 minutes are free and apply only once plate details have been entered into a payment terminal or through Mobile Parking App - Parkiwi.  

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE BUILDING
From front entrance car park
You can access the hospital via the level front entrance, where you will find the main reception and lifts to access other floors.   

From back entrance car park
You can access Level 2 via the ramp access at the back entrance of the hospital. Lifts are available on Level 2 to access other floors. Main reception is located on Level 1. 

Ascot Pharmacy at Allevia Hospital Ascot offers regular dispensing services and a comprehensive range of personal toiletries, cosmetics and gifts.
