Weight Management

Our weight management programme isn’t about greatly changing your diet and counting calories. It’s about identifying what your body and mind really need. This means finding the right way and gradually building good habits to succeed in your long-term weight management, while you can still enjoy delicious food in your daily life. As part of this process, we’ll work together to help you understand how our eating behaviours can be affected by various factors, and how we can deal with it without pressure to achieve and maintain your goal.
