Description
Terryn Choat offers specialist nutrition assessment and advice for a wide range of dietary and health issues for older adults, living independently and in Aged Residential Care.
Expert dietetic input plays a vital role in reducing the risk of malnutrition, unintentional weight loss and promoting wound healing and managing chronic conditions (e.g. Chronic Kidney disease, Dementia, Parkinson's disease, Diabetes) safely and effectively within the community. A balanced, individualised diet helps seniors stay active, reduce hospital admissions, and maintain their independence for longer.
