I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy). Since then, I have accumulated six years of experience as a musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist and have advanced to the role of Lead Physiotherapist/Clinic Manager at Physio Connect Greenlane.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various regions of Auckland, including Manukau, Mt Wellington, Ormiston, Greenlane, and Wairau. This has provided me with a diverse range of experiences and challenges that have significantly contributed to my professional growth.

I am passionate about general physiotherapy practice because it offers a wide variety of cases that keep my work interesting and stimulating. I find great satisfaction in overcoming challenges and continuously improving my competency in the field.

• Diagnosis and rehabilitation for shoulder, back, and knee injuries
• Special interest in ankle and foot injuries
• Collaborating with Mr Bradley Jerome, Senior Podiatrist, on complex cases 
• Five-year background in Olympic Weightlifting and strength & conditioning 
• A decade of experience in gym, strength, and conditioning training 
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques, including deep tissue massage and dry needling
