Active+ Hamilton is a physiotherapy clinic in the busy and growing area of Te Rapa, Hamilton. Our Therapists offer a holistic, professional, friendly and open approach to your rehabilitation. We have convenient parking out the front and back of the premises. Our clinic is on street level with easy access for all.

Active+ Te Kuiti has been in the local community for over 25 years (previously known as Physio Plus). Our Therapists offer a holistic, professional, friendly and open approach to your rehabilitation. ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal (ICP MSK)

Active+ is delivering the ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal contract in many regions across New Zealand. It is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: knee, shoulder and lumbar spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model. It utilises a multidisciplinary care approach putting the patient at the centre of their recovery.
