Active+ Hamilton is a physiotherapy clinic in the busy and growing area of Te Rapa, Hamilton. Our Therapists offer a holistic, professional, friendly and open approach to your rehabilitation. We have convenient parking out the front and back of the premises. Our clinic is on street level with easy access for all.

Active+ Rotorua has recently relocated to inside Profiles Gym on Ti Street. Our therapists offer a holistic, professional, friendly and open approach to your rehabilitation. We have convenient parking out the front of the premises and our clinic is on street level with easy access for all. Please note, however, there are no wheelchair accessible toilets on the premises.

ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal (ICP MSK)

Active+ is delivering the ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal contract in many regions across New Zealand. It is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: knee, shoulder and lumbar spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model. It utilises a multidisciplinary care approach putting the patient at the centre of their recovery.
