Habit Health - New Plymouth

Habit Health New Plymouth covers the Taranaki region. Our immediate team is made up of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and social workers, with other disciplines brought in as required. Although we are primarily community based, our New Plymouth site provides a fully-equipped rehabilitation gym, as well as an occupational health nursing clinic. Services provided include the full range of occupational health nursing services and physiotherapy; as well as ACC funded services such as pain management, vocational rehabilitation and social rehabilitation.
