Habit Health West Wave offers a wide array of services, including assessment and treatment of all musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation of post-operative and sports injuries and return to work programs utilising the facility's two gyms, hydrotherapy and swimming pools. We also have a women's health physiotherapist helping women return to sports and exercise post-pregnancy.
Our Physiotherapists work with International, Provincial and Local sporting teams and schools.
We are located at the West Wave Aquatic Centre.
