Description
Have you experienced a diagnosis of breast cancer, recently or in the past, and would like to speak with someone who understands, knows ‘how it is’ and can provide information and reassurance?
Breast Cancer Support offers community-based services provided by trained volunteers who have experienced breast cancer themselves and can support others from a positive, personal perspective.
BCS services include:
- individual support nationwide (via telephone, online, or in person by arrangement)
- a monthly 'Cuppa and Chat' online support group (via Zoom)
- Christchurch support group
- writing workshops
- nationwide support and information via a toll free number
- an informative website
