Description
The Better Breathing Programme is an 8-week programme designed for people with long term respiratory conditions. Classes involve a personalised exercise regime and self-management education sessions to better understand their condition, monitor their own symptoms and learn how to stay well through better lifestyle and nutrition options.
You can access this programme by referral from the hospital, GP or your Health Practitioner.
