Description
Cleared with Care is a decluttering and organising service that recognises and addresses the underlying factors contributing to Chronic Disorganisation or Hoarding Disorder.
Our services are designed to promote and support long term change that not only transforms safe, functional physical spaces but also positively contributes to improved health and wellbeing.
We work collaboratively with allied health specialists, community organisations and local businesses to tailor Care Plans to the unique needs, goals and environments of each client.
We have experience providing support for clients who have physical or mobility challenges, neurological or health needs (such as hospital discharge home preparation) and working alongside clients to meet community housing or council requirements.
