Description
The Bay of Plenty DHB's District Nursing Service provides patient-centred specialist nursing care in the community. This care can be delivered in your home, at school or workplace or at a district nursing clinic.
How do I access this service?
Referral
You need to be referred to the District Nursing Service following discharge from hospital, from your GP, or other health care professional working in either the hospital or the community.
To be seen at any of our clinics you must have an appointment, or a home visit will be arranged with a dirtict nurse.

We also have an ACC contract.
