Description

Enliven is a service provided by Presbyterian Support Northern

Enliven maximises the independence of older people and those living with disabilities or injuries. Our home support and community services enable people to live in their own homes, stay healthy and engage socially with others.

Enliven provides support to older people and those with injuries and disabilities and is funded by local DHBs and the Ministry of Health from Taupō to North of Auckland. We also provide home and community support to those with injuries, via ACC.

Once Enliven receives your referral we will contact you and arrange a visit. We will tailor our services to make sure they are right for you.

We also provide services on a private basis - you can contact us directly to create your personalised service plan or to find out more about our dementia service

We’re committed to finding the best solution, in partnership with you and your family/whānau.
