Description

K’aute Pasifika provides health, education, mental health and social services to Pasifika communities and all other ethnicities who wish to access our services.

Our services include:

Social Services - including Family Wellbeing and Family Violence Prevention programmes, integrated safety responses and Whānau Ora programmes to help Pasifika families achieve their aspirations.

Education Services - we operate Pan Pasifika Playgroups, early childhood education programmes, and the Pasifika Power Up programme to support families to champion their children’s learning.

Employment Services - We help people to get a job through our employment services including Niu You and Tupu Aotearoa.

Health Services - We provide primary community health services including Well Child, mental health services, breast and cervical screening, immunisation outreach, Mobile Chronic Disease Management. Smoking Cessation, and other specialised services.

Mental Health Services - We offer a child and adolescent mental health service for children and adolescents 0-19 years of age. We help children, young people and their families experiencing significant behavioural concerns, psychological concerns and emotional distress.

Smoking Cessation - Smoking cessation services provide support and education to individuals, families, friends, groups and organisations so people can make informed decisions about quitting smoking.

Employment support

We provide Niu You and Tupu Aotearoa Employment Services Niu You - supports Work and Income clients into employment by providing skills, education and employment opportunities. We can help you set goals, fund employment related training, cultural-based learning, gain sustainable employment and ongoing in-work support. Tupu Aotearoa - helps young people to find employment, training or study. Available to Pacific people aged 15-39 not in employment, education or training. We can help you find employment, get a driver's licence and prepare for interviews.
