My roots trace back to a rich tapestry of cultures. I am of Māori, Irish, and Scottish descent, and this beautiful blend has contributed to my unique perspective and appreciation for different traditions, histories, and ways of being. I believe in the power of embracing our multifaceted identities and recognizing the interconnectedness of cultures.
Growing up, I was immersed in the stories, rituals, and customs of my Māori heritage. The wisdom passed down through generations has woven itself into the fabric of my being, shaping my worldview and igniting a passion for traditional healing practices. Mirimiri, a healing modality rooted in Māori traditions, has become an integral part of my life's work. Through mirimiri, I have the opportunity to honour and share the ancient wisdom of my tupuna (ancestors), offering a transformative and holistic approach to well-being.
