We have a 24/7 on call coordinator for all home and community and nursing services.
District Nursing is provided Monday - Sunday 0830-1700hours

We have registered nurses and enrolled nurses with a wide range of experience including accident and emergency, mental health, and primary health, who can provide patient centred specialist nursing care in your home. The range of services include: Comprehensive care planning Wound assessment, treatment, and management Medication management and oversight Catheter care and support Continence support Subcutaneous and intramuscular injections Spinal/Ventilator care Others
