We have stroke clubs supporting physical exercise & social contact. We provide information, support and referrals (on to appropriate services) on healthy living e.g. quit smoking, gym programmes & green prescriptions, exercise groups, healthy eating. Support everyone involved to exercise, make good choices and take control over their lives. We provide support with accessing a needs assessor when needed and advocate for the family and the person who has had a stroke with the health sector and government agencies.
