Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki is a rural Iwi-based, not-for-profit, incorporated society providing health and wellness services across the Hauraki rohe.

Whānau Health Centre Services (General Practitioners/Nurse Practitioners/Nurses) are provided through our clinics in Coromandel, Thames, Paeroa, Whitianga

Piki te Ora Services - Providing support, education and services for whānau with long term chronic conditions such as diabetes

Tamariki Ora (Well Child) Services   Providing milestone checks for children aged between 0 and 5; education and support for mothers and guardians about the care of their babies

Whānau Ora Navigators   Assisting whānau, identifying steps to enable them to achieve their goals and aspirations, supporting whānau to become self-directing and empower them to lead their whānau into a positive future

Whānau Ora Education and Employment Coordinator  Supporting whānau into employment or education, helping them identify their strengths and skills and motivating them to achieve prerequisites for employment or education, Driver Licence programme

Disability Information & Advocacy Service (DIAS) - assisting those over 50 years with impairments to retain their independence
