The Bream Bay Community Support Trust supports whānau within the community, through our range of services including Community Connectors, Social Workers, Counsellors, Youth Mentor Support, Family Violence Prevention, Skills & Support Groups, Weekly Community Connection Hui  and Budgeting advice. 

MSD, Corrections, Mental Health Support, Kaupapa Māori Primary Health Care Services, Retinal Screening, Plunket, Workbridge, are some of the services that operate from our facility.

All services run by the Bream Bay Community Support Trust are free.  If an agency that operates from our facility has a fee for services, this is not managed by the Bream Bay Community Support Trust in any way.
