Description

We provide counselling programmes for both the victims of abuse and violence and those who need help to manage their anger and abusive behaviour. 

Our mission is to champion loving, safe relationships based on mutual equality and personal autonomy so people live free from abuse and violence.

Abuse and violence support

Our safety programme works to enhance safety and wellbeing for those who are experiencing, or have experienced, family or intimate partner violence. We provide education, information and support to help people deal with the effects of violence in their home, on their wellbeing and on children. For those who are ready, our safety programme can guide you through the personal decision making of when or how to leave, and help to manage your safety when you do, allowing you to truly break the cycle of violence. Stopping violence services

Our non-violence programme is open to anyone who feels they may need help, or may need to manage the way they respond to stressors, or those who are being referred through a service for a mandated programme. Our programme helps individuals to take an honest look at their relationships and how their use of violence or abuse may be impacting their whanau.
