Dr David Wood

MD 1999 Vanderbilt

Dr David Wood completed Medical School at Vanderbilt University and a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.  He then trained as an Otolaryngologist at the University of Washington in the United States.  There, he investigated calcium regulation in the cochlea.  Next, he  completed  a fellowship in Otology at Auckland City and Starship hospitals.  After 10 years of practice in the US, he is very happy to be back in New Zealand.
