Doctor Gabrielle Moss –BMLSc, MBChB, FRNZCGP
Executive Member: Te Akoranga a Maui (New Zealand College of General Practitioners' Māori representative group)
I was born and bred in Auckland of Ngāti Kahu descent (Te Whanua Moana). I graduated from Otago and Auckland Universities and have worked in general practice since 2005 in Auckland and Caboolture, Queensland. I am passionate about providing whānau/families with a healthcare model focused on compassion and respect and enjoy working within a team that shares my values to deliver the best healthcare service possible. I have a special interest in family violence prevention and I help train other GPs to recognise and respond to family violence, through an organisation called MedSAC.
