I am a Gynaecologist and have worked in both public and private specialist practice in the Manawatu over many years.  I have served as the President of RANZCOG and have broad experience in medical training and education, clinical governance and professional affairs. 

I’m also a fellow of RACMA and I have been the Chief Medical Officer of MidCentral District Health Board for 17 years. I am on the Medical Council of New Zealand and I chair the Education Committee of the Medical Council of New Zealand.

I am a career-long advocate for Medicine practised to the highest possible level, based on all the tenets of professionalism and ethical practice.
