In 2019, my son (13years old now) faced a significant, traumatic medical challenge with his father that had a profound impact on both of us, leaving my son and I to grapple with post-traumatic stress. We have now moved to Northcare Medical Clinic as my partner was seen by Dr Peter Boot initially as an emergency patient for a suspected hernia. It was during this consultation that Dr Peter Boot diagnoised a congential condition that had never been picked up by numerious doctors and specialists over a 60 year period.
We have found Dr Boot to be thorough, competent and caring

Dr Graham Desborough was extremely unprofessional and rude to me recently. I am only 18 years old and went in first thing in the morning to attend to an ear infection before i was travelling later that day. He made numerous remarks that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my visit. He then proceeded to prescribe an unusual antibiotic with a long list of severe side effects that I reacted badly to later on. After ringing northcare back following my reaction they proceeded to tell me I didn't even need antibiotics. Overall this experience was extremely unsettling and a huge waste of over $100!
