Profile

Dr Tin Htay is originally from Burma but came to New Zealand many years ago. Previous to working in New Zealand Dr Tin worked in Tonga for over 10 years.

Dr Tin is fluent in Burmese and Tongan.

He has worked in many areas of Auckland before including Panmure, Māngere, Onehunga and West Auckland. He has been working as a General Practitioner since he graduated in 1981.

Dr Htay is very passionate about improving the health outcomes of all his patients. He loves working in Panmure providing General Practice Services to the local community.

Dr Htay is a very valued member of Turuki Health Care and works at our Panmure practice 6 days per week

Dr Tin lives in the Auckland Central area with his wife and children. He is now a proud grandfather to twin girls.
