Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you don't feel you are getting good service from our clinic recently. I would be happy to discuss this with you so that I can be aware of the details. However , please be aware no consultation can take 1 minute. There is always a responsibility on all GP's to ensure they have the most up to date information on your health, that they have checked your notes, your reports so they can discuss any updates or new bloods needed with you as well as confirm the medication asked for is still appropriate. To have a consultation means you need to have a designated time slot, it can not be just fitted in between patients or after work as Doctors have to be able to manage their workload and get breaks also. Your consult time also needs to include time to record their discussions with you and any actions taken. I am aware in many practices it can take up to 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. As a general rule, you should be able to get an appointment with us on the same day or next business day. Please contact me through the clinic if you want to discuss this further.
