Avondale Family Health Centre Doctors have the most discusting service when it comes to elderly being treated for Covid-19, they refused to see a patient who went in to see them for another medical issue to being treated like they did not care for his life after testing positive of Covid-19, these are there words, IF HIS OXYGEN LEVELS ARE BELOW 92 THEN TELL THEM TO GO TO EMERGENCY???? The nursed was concerned for his breathing as there were crackles from his breathing. The doctors were telling the nurse on what she needs to do and to then send him HOME. they say this is why they are COVID-19 FREE. Covid-19 Healthline phoned us, and they were appalled at the information given for the Covid-19 medication he had to take as he is also on heart medication, and this could have caused bigger problems. These doctors have no respect for the patients who have come in to see them, they treat adults and children outside like animals and when seeing you they rush through their patients concerns and just advises what they think is best instead of actually treating the patients. I feel so sorry for the Nurses cause when the show their concerns they get told off for doing their job. we go to them thinking that they are the best people to help us with what is happening with us internally and externally. I don't even take my kids there anymore cause all they have done is brush them off like they have the flue every time you visit. THESE DOCTORS NEED TO GET LOOKED AT AS THEY ARE NOT TREATING THE PATIENTS OR NURSES RIGHT.
