Description

We are a general practice aiming to provide quality healthcare to you and your family.

Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. This allows you to discuss 1 or 2 issues with the doctor.

We encourage all of our patients to sign up to the Manage My Health patient portal - this is easy and allows you to make appointments on line without having to phone the clinic. You can also request repeat prescriptions and view your test results on line.

Please call in to either clinic and complete an enrolment form. This will not be accepted without the correct eligibility documents.

Some enrolled patients are eligible for a low cost access fee for GP services of $19.50. Whether you qualify for this subsidy is dependent on the government coding of your address, your ethnicity and if you have a Community Service or High Use Health Card. Otherwise, the service fee is $50.00 per GP consultation (over 18 years old).

Other charges apply to additional services provided by the GP or nurse.

Alternatively please present at one of our Urgent Care Clinics - Countied Medical Urgent Care, 6-18 O'Shannessey Street, Papakura (open 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week) or Takanini Urgent Care, 2 Te Napi Drive, Takanini (open 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday).
Recommended after-hours virtual provider - If it's after hours or if one of our doctors is not available, you can get a virtual GP consultation with a real doctor by using CareHQ from 7 am - 7 pm, 7 days per week.


Public Holidays: Closed Good Friday (18 Apr), Easter Sunday (20 Apr), Easter Monday (21 Apr), ANZAC Day (25 Apr), King's Birthday (2 Jun), Matariki (20 Jun), Labour Day (27 Oct), Auckland Anniversary (26 Jan), Waitangi Day (6 Feb).
