Welcome to Grafton Medical.  

Conveniently located on the Ground Level at 8 Nugent Street, Grafton Medical Centre is a modern General Practice that provides up to date, patient centred health care with a focus on preventative health. We have parking available on site for our patients and visitors and they are located at the top level of the carpark building behind our clinic.

With your wellbeing as our priority, our friendly and experienced clinical team will work closely with you to address your health needs. We take pride in caring for our patients across all ages and backgrounds to the highest clinical standards.

We also offer ear suctioning for both registered and casual patients.

Our team speaks fluent English and Cantonese. Please contact our friendly reception team for any enquiries and we look forward to being your trusted health partner.

This practice is accepting some new patients to enrol, but with restrictions.

What does "enrolling" mean?


Dr Lung is not accepting new patient.

Dr Selva is accepting new patient on his waiting list when an enrolment space become available. If you are interested, please contact our reception for more information.

By accepting to be a new patient, you must agree with our pricelist.

All newly enrolled patients are encouraged to book a double consultation to allow the doctor ample time to thoroughly review your medical concerns and history. The new patient fee, which is equivalent to a double consultation, applies to all newly enrolled patients' first consultation, regardless of the appointment's duration.

The above list is our enrolled patient fees for a single 15 min consultation regardless of the mode of deliver (face-to-face, phone or video). If the consultation exceeds 15 min, double (15-30 min) or triple (30-45 min) consultation fee may be charged. Payment is expected at the time of the consultation.

Price is the same with or without CSC.

If you wish to discuss complex or multiple (more than two) concerns, we kindly ask that you book a double consultation (30 min) or consider scheduling a follow-up appointment. Topics such as mental health, back or abdominal pain, sleep issues, migraine etc., tend to require longer consults.

If you have a budget concern and would like to limit the consultation to 15 min only, please do let us know at the time of booking and again at the beginning of the consult.

We are affiliated with Southern Cross and NIB insurance and we are able to claim directly with them. For other insurances, payment is expected at the time of consult and receipt will be issued for your insurance claims.

Parking

We have plenty of carparks located on site. Please refer to our website (www.graftonmedical.co.nz) for their locations.

Directions
Turn left when entering the plaza.

Follow the one way road around the building and enter the car park building. Drive to the top level (level 7). Designated Grafton Medical parking is near the lifts at the top level.

Please note that the plaza level is “Level 5” at the elevator.

There are several 30 min parking spaces at the plaza and accessible parking in front of the clinic.
