I would highly recommend family and friends and community regarding the service provided by my Doctor Harshad Patel and nurses.

Reception service is extremely poor they never pick up your call when you need a booking with the doctor and when they do pick up they are rude and disrespectful.

I was with them from last 16 years or more. Since new management arrived no body answer the phone and hardly get appointment when you are sick.
People at front dest are so rude don't know what is service means.

Quality of care has dropped considerably since Dr Raj left. Receptionist are rude and unhelpful. I've been with this practice for 42 years and feel like it's very much "ship em in, ship em out" no empathy and care factor has gone!
