We provide phone consultations with our doctors. You can call our reception team to find out which type of consultation would be best for you. Usual consult charges apply for these bookings.

Consults are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.

 

Patient Portal

We have a new patient portal, please click this link  The Doctors App  to sign up and enter this code GXPEMC.
To access the app, you will need to be a registered patient with Papakura East Medical Centre, have no money owing on your account and be over the age of 16yrs.
Once you have signed up, you will be able to book appointments, view results, order prescriptions and much more. 

 

Prescription Orders

To order a prescription, please call us on (09)299 9666 and select option number 2. You will be prompted to leave a message with your name, date of birth, the medication you require and the pharmacy you would like it sent to.

Or; you can order your regular items on Health 365. 

Please order your prescription before you run out of medication, as processing can take up to 48hours.

**What is a Physican's Associate?

A physician's associate is a healthcare practitioner who practices medicine in collaboration with physicians (GPs). PAs may practice autonomously and independently of physicians.

What does "enrolling" mean?


To register as a patient, please follow this link New Patient Enrolment , ensure that you have your Birth cert/Passport/Visa for completion. 
Once you have completed this form, it can take up to 10 working days to be processed. We will let you know once it has been approved.
