If you come to the clinic with these symptoms, ring us from your car, or the carpark and we will attend to you.
Please do a rapid antigen test (RAT) on the day of your consultation if you have one, before you come to the clinic or ring for a phone consultation. If you have any viral symptoms you will be asked to wear a mask.
We understand at times it may be difficult to get through on the phone. If your query is not urgent please try again at another time. You can also use the patient portal Health 365 to contact us for prescription orders, to arrange a phone consultation, or to ask the nurse/admin a query.
Once you have logged into Health 365, the patient portal, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Online Conversation" - this is not to be used for urgent issues. Depending on when your request is received will depend on when we can do the prescription, phone consultation or get back to you. If you do not have access to Health 365
contact reception for access or arrange this when you come in next.
Please note there is a surcharge for face to face, or phone consultations on Saturdays.
We have a Health Coach (Giselle) and a pharmacist (Sharon) working in the clinic on certain days, by appointment and also a Health Improvement Practitioner. These services are free of charge, see further down the page some of the services they provide. Please ask your GP /nurse or reception for further information.
WE CANNOT SEE CASUAL PATIENTS ON SATURDAYS***
