Whaiora Medical Centre is a Very Low Cost Access (VLCA) Medical Centre for Masterton Māori, Pacific peoples, and people who have found it hard to afford or access healthcare.
We also provide a range of health and social services aimed to support the wellness of our Wairarapa communities. Whaiora
We partner with Practice Plus to provide virtual GP services, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.

Standard consultation fees are for 15 minute appointments.
Fees apply for:
Off work certificate/Reported, longer appointments, drivers medical, materials, procedures, liquid nitrogen, minor surgery. Separate fees apply to casual patients and visitors to New Zealand.

After hours: We partner with Practice Plus to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team. Practice Plus is available weekdays until 10pm and weekends/public holidays 8am-8pm.
