Paramedic Associates NZ Ltd

Description

Paramedic Associates provides responsive community-based care on behalf of general practices, primary health organisations, private specialists and other health providers, in the patient's home.

We also accept self-referrals from patients requiring urgent in-home medical care. Our service is ideal for people who are unable to travel to a medical centre, cannot secure a timely GP appointment, or would prefer to receive care in the comfort of their home or hotel room.

Our team of registered health professionals can provide treatment for a range of conditions, such as:

  • Dehydration
  • Diarrhoea and vomiting
  • Migraines
  • Infections
  • Acute pain
  • Wounds
  • Minor injuries

Additionally, we provide a range of planned/non-urgent services directly to patients, such as in-home IV infusions and medication administration.

To ensure continuity of care, we work closely with the patient's usual health provider and send electronic care summaries to the patient's GP.
