Penny has 12 years experience working in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in New Zealand before that she also worked within the NHS hospital system in the UK for 2 years. She has extensive experience in pain management, spinal rehabilitation and running and footwear analysis. Penny is a very active person enjoying netball, basketball, Snowboarding and cycling. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding sports injuries and injury prevention.
