Since graduating from AUT, Juliet has gone on to complete a Masters of Health Practice (Musculoskeletal Therapy) and a Post Graduate Diploma of Acupuncture.

She developed Plus One Wellbeing after seeing women with problems post-pregnancy that could have been prevented with treatment during pregnancy.

Juliet enjoys working with pregnant and post-natal women to ensure that they can perform at their optimum everyday and are not limited by injury or pain.
