Sarah Woodward

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Sarah studied Physiotherapy at Otago University in the early 1990's and has worked around New Zealand, in London and Sydney. She is now settled in locally with three children and been with Active+ for 8 years.

Her interests are in the management and treatment of all musculoskeletal complaints, using mobilisations, massage, exercise prescription and dry needling. She is also working in Occupational Health including injury rehabilitation and return to work planning.
