Peter Barr is a highly trained Interventional and Structural Heart Specialist. Following the completion of specialist training in New Zealand he was invited to further his training with a fellowship in 'Advanced Coronary Intervention' at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital recognised as one of the world’s top ranked Hospitals. Subsequently he was selected as the sole specialist to undergo a further fellowship in 'Structural Heart Disease' at the same institution.
Born and raised in Auckland Peter returned New Zealand to take up specialist positions at Auckland and Middlemore Hospitals where he performs minimally invasive coronary and structural heart procedures.
