Mr Adib Khanafer

Dr Adib Khanafer trained in the United Kingdom in Vascular. Endovascular and Renal Transplant Surgery. He did a fellowship at St. Franziskus Hospital in Munster in Germany in endovascular Surgery. It is considered one of the centers of excellences in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery in Europe.

He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeon of England and the Royal College of Edinburgh and Fellow of the European Board of Vascular Surgery. He did research in Renal Transplantation in Cardiff University.

He presented at local, national and international meeting on Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He also published in national and international journal on the subject.

He is a member of New Zealand Vascular Society, British Vascular Surgical Society, European Society of Vascular Surgery and International Society of Vascular Society

Adib has great interest in Endovascular surgery (Keyhole approach) and has great contribution to the progress of the vascular department in Christchurch Hospital.
