Craig Daunheimer - Audiologist
Michelle Ludi - Navigator
Our audiologist, Craig Daunheimer, has over 32 years of experience in the hearing health industry. His audiology journey began at Northeastern University in Boston, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master’s degree. His passion for psychoacoustics led him to work across Boston, Michigan, New York, Maine, and New Zealand, helping adults, children, and vestibular patients. Craig has earned specialist certifications in balance and vestibular studies and received four Charles Holland Awards for excellence from Amplifon NZ, including the first Gold Sail for a New Zealand clinic. But what truly drives him is community. While working in Boston, Craig realised that what he loves best about being an audiologist is genuinely supporting people in a way that is unique to them. He believes hearing healthcare isn’t just about diagnosing and treating, but going out of your way to ensure that everyone you meet feels genuinely supported, listened to and happy. Craig’s passion for transparency and real-life connections led him to join Resonate. When we asked him about his decision, he said: "Resonate offers a truly transparent and supportive approach to hearing healthcare. It’s not about sales targets, it’s about people. That’s why I’m here."
Michelle Ludi, our Navigator, joins Resonate with 18 years of experience in the hearing health industry and has worked with some of New Zealand’s largest audiology providers. After a two-year break, she realised how much she missed building genuine customer relationships. She missed hearing their life stories, celebrating their milestones, and finding creative, out-of-the-box, solutions to make them happy. Michelle has found that brilliant outcomes happen naturally when customers are treated as people, not patients. We couldn't agree more. Instead of chasing KPIs and sales targets, her "Acts of Service" approach has allowed her to build exceptional connections with her customers. She says that over the years, they have become more like “good friends and family.” She joined Resonate because she wanted to flourish in a role where she could truly make a difference. As she puts it: “It’s no news to anyone that I would have had FOMO for the rest of my life if I didn’t take this opportunity! I finally get to deliver the service I’m 100% passionate about and add more feathers to my cap with Ear360."
