Dr Coran Turner

Coran studied at Otago University, graduating with degrees in both Pharmacy and Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, having completed full training in general practice.

He has a strong interest in skin cancer medicine. He has gone on to complete the Advanced Clinical Certificate in Dermoscopy from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery from Healthcert Australia.

Coran worked at a specialised skin cancer clinic in Auckland before moving to Queenstown. He really enjoys using dermoscopic techniques to confidently detect skin cancers and treat them early, with minimal distress for patients. He is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, and member of the New Zealand Skin Cancer Doctor Society.

Outside of work, he likes to play golf or go snowboarding whenever he gets the chance.
