I enjoy the diversity of male and female urology. I have been performing open radical prostatectomies for 22 years with excellent results in the patients detected early by PSA testing.

Since 2008 I have been doing laparoscopic nerve sparing radical prostatectomies on hundreds of patients.

The biggest paradigm shift in my practice has been to utilise laparoscopic procedures to repair fascial support defects in the female pelvis.
