Dr. Kleiner is a General Surgeon specialising in minimally invasive hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and complex upper GI surgery. He has completed fellowships in hepatobiliary, pancreatic and upper GI surgery at Washington University, St. Louis, along with a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at the University of Virginia.

He has been providing complex oncology care in Wellington Regional Hospital and at Southern Cross Hospital intends to practice minimally invasive general surgery with a concentration in the difficult gallbladder.

Dr. Kleiner welcomes all general surgery patients, and particularly invites referrals for those with complex disease and comorbidities such as obesity, patients with biliary disease, inguinal, incisional and hiatal hernias are encouraged to make an appointment.
