Nick Punnett

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Nick joined the team at Habit Health in 2021 after completing his studies at the University of Otago.

Nick's experience has been predominantly in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where he supports an active approach to rehabilitation.

Nick has worked extensively with a variety of sports teams since 2018, both as a medic and team physiotherapist. Nick is currently supporting the rugby program at King's High School.

Nick is also an avid ultra-marathon runner and is interested in injury management and prevention for endurance athletes.
