This addiction is not only costly, it also often brings death and disease, and subsequently misery for all involved. Smoke-Free Mums Choices delivers a mobile Smoke-Free Programme specialising in pregnancy. This is a free service to help you or someone in your whānau give up smoking. It is available to all ages and specifically targets mums-to-be, new mothers. their pēpi, along with whānau. This offers a wide range of motivational activities and support including: Home and clinic appointments Individual and group clinical assessments Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) One-on-one for on-going support Smoke-free and breastfeeding support Choices also offer incentives for pregnant women and their whānau that live in the same household. Choices is a provider of the Te Haa Matea - Hawke's Bay Stop Smoking Service.
