Daniel Mackey

Hands On Rehab welcomed Daniel to the team at Akoranga in January 2025. Having recently graduated from AUT, his passion for hand therapy developed after experiencing treatment at Hands On himself.

Throughout his training, Daniel has gained experience in hand therapy, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and burns and plastics.

Before becoming a physio, Daniel trained as a commercial pilot. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with hobbies including mountain biking, running, fishing, and anything that gets him in the outdoors.
