Dr Sharma originally comes from Nepal but has also spent time in Japan, training and working in advanced surgery (gastrointestinal and organ transplants) before moving to New Zealand to become a General Practitioner. He is now an accredited GP with Special Interest in Skin (known as a GPSI Doctor).
